About the event
A first aid course is probably the most important course you will ever attend as it will give you the knowledge and confidence to save someone’s life in an emergency. Even if you are undertaking this training as a part of a workplace requirement, the skills you will learn are invaluable so please come prepared to learn and participate in the practical sessions. This qualification is designed for individuals who wish to act as an emergency first aider in their workplace and is aimed at absolute beginners with no prior experience.
What Does the Course Involve? An Emergency First Aid at Work course is 7 hours long. This includes 6 hours of contact time with the trainer, a 30-minute lunch break and 2x 15 minute “coffee breaks”.
