BRYAN SLADE

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Bryan has been working in the Health and Safety industry for over 20 years. During this  time he has worked on some large projects, with some first class clients including (formally) Wiltshire Fire & Rescue, Glasgow Commonwealth Games (2014), Canal River Trust, Network Rail, Chippenham Town Council and various other local town councils.

With new clients coming on board daily, Bryan either trains, advises and supports these clients for all their compliance training or requirements.

Bryan also heads up on delivering training courses, mentoring new trainers and developing new courses as well as improving and rewriting training to ensure it is up to date, relevant and refreshed.

Bryan also supports the business with quality assurance and ensures the standards are kept high so our clients and learners gain the best experience each time they interact with My Skills for Life Ltd.

CAROL NOAKES

COURSE & BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR & TRAINER

Carol has been in the childcare industry since leaving college at 21, going from babysitter to nanny to nursery nurse then finally to nursery manager so she brings over 25 years of paediatric experience to her first aid training.

During her time in childcare, Carol sat through many a paediatric first aid course and even completed her Level 3 in First Response in Emergency Care to assist as an event medic in her spare time. After the birth of her first grandchild in 2021, she stepped away from her beloved nursery career for a new start as a first aid trainer with My Skills for Life.

As the company developed, Carol took over the role of administrator whilst still continuing to teach her favourite Paediatric First Aid courses.

Carol has also completed her FREC 3 qualification and is one of MSFL's Event Medics.

GEORGIA PHIPPS

EVENTS & MARKETING COORDINATOR

Georgia joined the team in 2022 after having a baby in the middle of the pandemic prompted her to change careers. Before joining MSFL ltd, Georgia was an Early Years Practitioner and has completed both Paediatric and Emergency First Aid courses run by My Skills for Life.

Georgia has also completed her FREC 3 qualification and is one of MSFL's Event Medics.
